Due to the current situation if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we are extending our returns policy until lockdown has finished (please get in touch if you have questions) for full refund, excluding delivery/return postage charges. Alternatively you can return items to our store in Bath, all refunds will be made using the original method of payment so proof of purchase is essential.

We will be doing one shipment a week on a Tuesday to reduce contact so please bear with us and get in touch if you have any specific requirements. We are happy to hold paid for items until you would like to receive or collect them so you won’t miss out on those exclusive limited edition pieces.

Faulty Items

If your purchase has not made it to you safely or you believe there to be a fault please get in touch within 72 hours of receiving your order.

As many of our items are unique vintage and artisanal we may not be able to replace them but are happy to discuss the next step should there be an issue.
