TOWN+HOUSE

The roots of our little gastropub on the corner began actually in the family house of owners Lexi and Tommy Wareham-Dart at their dining room table with supper clubs that began the company behind all of this Always Sunday. Always Sunday now entails a lifestyle and homewares store located at No. 9 Broad Street, and various self catering stylish Bath retreats in our Boltholes collection.

 

Opening a home to new faces and meeting creative chefs along the way spurred our team to push farther outside the box in the global pandemic when we outgrew a makeshift mobile Sunday Roast delivery business and decided to try our novice hands at an actual site!

 

Originally a 200 year old pub, this little corner of Thomas Street has quite the longstanding history, but it had fallen into closure and with a lot of elbow grease and the passion of some dedicated souls TOWN+HOUSE was born in October 2021.

 

Taking the origins of creating a welcoming place to gather at Lexi and Tommy’s HOUSE into TOWN created our own namesake as we invite new faces to spend time in the comforts of a old pub with a contemporary twist on everything from interiors, menus, to those hard to resist handcrafted cocktails.
